Okay so here's the reality... these things are sticky and gummy and pretty gross. However, they are the only ear plug I have found that actually works. Like another reviewer noted, these are like bubblegum once they touch hair, so it does take some practice to figure out how to get them in and out without a mess. I make sure to put my daughter's hair in a tight ponytail so this isn't an issue. If you have a child with ear tubes, they are definitely worth it- the other ones get hard and fall out, whereas these stay nice and soft.

very good ear protection from water. had tubes put in my ears and these allowed me to swim and shower. highly recommended.

I got these ear plugs hoping that they would be good for my daughter. they were easy to put in and didn't get water in her ears, but the removal was a nightmare. left wax stuck to her ears and ending up in her hair and was like gum when trying to remove. I will not get these again and am very disappointed.

This ear putty is more pliable than others. I use it for swim lessons with my 19 month old who has tubes in his ears. Paired with the Ear Band-It to make sure they stay in place, his ears stay dry.

This works! My 20 months old daughter used the other type and they keep falling off. This one will stay put.
