Incredibly effective! September 5, 2010 Gregory J. Obrzut (Hastings, NE USA) I had never even contemplated purchasing an electric toothbrush until my oral hygienist suggested that I might spend a lot less time in the dental chair having my teeth cleaned if I did. I guess I always thought they must be prohibitively expensive. However, I checked out the variety of models available at WalMart and was quite surprised at the affordability of the Oral-B Vitality unit. (About 30 bucks). I was immediately impressed with the ease and efficacy of the little dynamo. It really, really works! I was then worried about the replacement costs of the refill brushes. Not to worry! Just check with Amazon for the lowest prices. My recent 3-pack purchase was about 10 bucks (including delivery). All in all, I couldn't be happier.
Dangerous counterfeit replacements! August 28, 2010 Bill (Nashville, TN) Like all of the other one-star reviews for this product, I, too, also received what I later found out to be a counterfeit product, which I only discovered after researching online why my first of three refills only lasted a few days before completely falling apart in my mouth and cutting the inside of my mouth once or twice beforehand. There's a reason why these cost only a few bucks a piece online whereas Target charges ten bucks for the same. I'm shocked that Amazon continues to allow these to be sold.
Disappointed August 18, 2010 Steve I have been using a Braun 3D Excel for several years. Just threw away the first of the three brush heads because the brush head was separating from its shaft and pinching my lip. Hope the remaining two do not have the same problem and I will publish an update if they do. Have not had this problem from WalMart purchased Oral-B Precision Clean brush heads.
NOT ORIGINAL PRODUCTS OR FAULTY August 17, 2010 M. Manning 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We have used these replacement heads for a few weeks now and the heads are coming loose, cutting our mouth and falling apart. These are either bad copy heads or faulty and dangerous.. I will try to get a refund,, Not happy..
Knock-offs or Defective August 15, 2010 Mrs. Lilly Maynard Butterfield (Bay Area, CA USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
After only one week (or less) of use, product becomes lose, head wobbles, very noisy, pinches tongue, gums and inside of cheeks. I don't know if these are simply a bad batch from Oral-B or knock-offs. Waste of money!
