Not sure if visual results are in my future but I JUST got it in the mail today. I used it and definitely feel my muscles working. I actually don't feel that stupid using it like I thought I would. I was embarrassed to have purchased it after it has been made fun of. But I really feel my muscles working and tightening. I hope to update if I remember later with my results!

I had lost some weight thinking it would help give me a better jawline, but it didn't. When I smile my face still just looks like it melts into my neck so I decided to give this a try. I've been using it once a day for 3 days now [2 days on the hardest setting and once on the medium because my chin was feeling sore] and I can already tell a difference. I can also run my hand under my chin and feel that it's much firmer. I do tend to hold the positions for 5 seconds rather than 2, but either way, it's working great! I definitely recommend this product!

I had written a review with a one star rating for this product and seller. I have increased it to a 3 star rating because I do like the product. I, however, did not like how long I had to wait for it. The product took over a moth to get to me (well after the expected shipment date). The seller did offer to track the package and re-send it if they could not locate it but, I don't believe it should have taken as long as it did even if it had arrived on time (my expected arrival date was one month!). I think that is an excessive wait time and, shipments need to be handled better.

I've always had a more round-shaped face, despite never having been overweight. It hasn't even been 4 weeks yet and I've already been asked "have you lost weight", and "what's your dieting secret", which just makes me giggle; I wear scrubs every day, so when I ask why they think I've lost weight, they say they can see it in my face. I'm happy with the changes already, and I think I've still got a some improvement to make (I haven't moved up to the strongest coil yet, and they say it takes at least 6 weeks for muscles to really shape up). I've slimmed under the chin of course, but I didn't expect changes to my cheekbones, which are starting to show for the first time in my life.
You do have to follow directions/tips. The thing looks simple enough, but read the instructions; they tell you to keep your back straight, smile slightly, move slowly, et cetera. I only use it once a day, I don't really see the need to do it twice. Also keep in mind: you should feel like the muscles underneath your tongue are working; that's where this is targeting. If you don't, make adjustments to the positioning. You won't see results if your form is wrong, just like any other type of exercise. On that note, if you're overweight, you can tone the muscles under your chin all you want, but you won't see anything until you lose the fat covering it.

I'm 26 and I've been using this product for about a year. Because my jawline is so much firmer, I can now easily pass for 19! I do about 100 up/down exercises a day and I got rid of my double chin in about a month
